Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) before entering the Pepe Jeans India Limited’s Gift with Purchase Program (“Program”) being organized by Pepe Jeans India Limited (“Pepe Jeans London”) on https://www.pepejeans.in/ (“Pepe Jeans India Official Website”) The customer on the Platform (“Pepe Jeans India’s Customer”) agrees that, by participating in this Program will be bound by these Terms and acknowledges to satisfy all the Program eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR Apple Airpods Gift with purchase program.

a. This Program is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Program Start Date.

b. Each Pepe Jeans India’s Customer shall be a registered user on the Platform and shall have a valid phone number and e-mail address.

c. The program will start from May 18th, 2024 – May 19th, 2024.

d. The Gift will be shipped to the eligible customer once the return window on the order is completed (i.e. 15 days post the date of delivery).

e. The Gift (Apple Airpods) will not be shown in the Cart or in the Order details. Nor will it be shipped at the same time as the Order.

f. The specifications of the Gift (including but not limited to colour) will be basis on stock availability.

g. Only one customer will win Apple Airpods who have spent highest (placed order with the highest value) in single order during the program duration.

h. To enter the program and to be eligible the customer should place single order worth Indian Rupees 10,000.

i. Winner will be chosen once the return window is closed for all the orders placed during program period.

j. No return & exchange request will be accepted with reasons such as but not limited to Defective product, Colour Mismatch, Wrong product, Size Fit Issue once the winner is announced.

k. We will reach out to the through Email & Call. If we do not receive response from first winner, the winner will be disqualified, and the next Highest spender will be selected as winner
