DELIVERIES AND RETURNS

1. Delivery Time 

Most orders arrive within 4-7 days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which an SMS/Email notification will be sent, once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Cost 

We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 999/-. However, Rs. 100, shall be levied on orders which are less than Rs.1,000.

3. Unable to Deliver 

If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center.

In case of a prepaid order, a refund will be initiated on your original payment method.

4. Return & Refund Policy [Updated 29th August 2022] 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Post 15 days from receipt of item, you will not be able to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Footwear returned without an outer box will not be eligible for a refund and will be sent back to the original order address. 

To start a return, follow the below steps:  

1.       Visit: https://www.pepejeans.in/trackorder/ 

2.       Fill in the Order Number for the item to be returned & your Email ID 

3.       Press the Return Order button  & select the items you wish to return  

4.       If your return is accepted, we will arrange the pickup of the order/product.  

5.       Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1.       Log into your Account & open your Order History 

2.        Select the relevant Order for the item to be returned

4.       Click on the Return Order button & select the items you wish to return

5.       If your return is accepted, we will arrange the pickup of the order/product.  

6.       Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

5. Damages and issues 

Our products go through a quality check before they are shipped. However, in case you have received a product that is damaged, defective or is the wrong product, please contact us at customercare@pepejeans.in or 18002030543 within 48 hours of receiving the order with images of the defective or damaged or wrong product, so that we may rectify the issue.

6. Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal hygiene product (such as masks, Undergarments & Socks).

6.1 Exchanges

We are unable to offer exchange for products bought on pepejeans.in at this time. If you’re not satisfied with your order, please return and place a fresh order.

6.2 Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically get a refund to your original payment method. Once refund is done, it may take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account/credit card statement.

For all COD orders, a refund link will be shared on the registered mobile number and email. To redeem, you will have to enter your bank details or UPI details and the amount will be transferred to the verified account

7. Limit on Cash on delivery order

We support Cash on Delivery for Orders up to Rs. 5000 in most locations. We may not be able to accept Cash on Delivery in select pincodes due to logistical constraints. In such a case, please use the numerous options under Online payment
