1.  Eligibility for Exchange:

- Items must be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.

- The product should be unused, unwashed, and have must have all original all tags intact & attached.

- Exchange are only allowed for size-related issues. We are unable to process exchanges for a different product.

2.  Non-Exchangeable Items:

- For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on innerwear items.

- Items that have been customized or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.

3.  Process for Exchange:

- Customers must initiate the exchange request through the Pepe Jeans website.

- Once the request is received, we will arrange for the pickup of the original product. After the pickup is completed, we will proceed with the exchange process.

- If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a refund, subject to the company’s refund policy.

4.  Company’s Rights:

- The company reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the terms and conditions are not met.

- The company may update or change the exchange and return policy at any time, without prior notice.
