For the first and the foremost time I used Pepe jeans it was wonderful, amazing so much that I can't say....
⚠️ Very Disappointing Experience with Pepe Jeans
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before placing an order with Pepe Jeans. My order was not delivered, and after waiting for nearly 20 days, the order was finally cancelled due to their logistics failure.
Despite making repeated requests for a refund, there has been no proper follow-up or satisfactory response, and I have still not received my refund.
This is extremely disappointing, especially from a reputed brand like Pepe Jeans. I honestly did not expect such poor customer service and order management from them.
Very disappointed with the overall experience. I hope they improve their customer service and refund process.
