1. These terms and conditions are applicable for the Pepe Jeans x KTM lucky draw promotion.

2. Customers will be eligible to enter the promotion provided they meet the following conditions:

a. they are at least 18 years of age

b. they are a Citizen of India

c. they do not reside in Tamil Nadu

d. they do not possess a criminal record nor should they be of unsound mind

e. they are not employees of Pepe Jeans India Limited, its group companies, affiliate or associate companies, or relatives of such employees.

3. This offer is valid for customers from both pepejeans.in and select brand stores. Only one winner will be selected from eligible customers of the website and brand stores.

4. For the duration of the contest, online customers who use code PJKTM and purchase jeans with minimum order value of INR 3,299 will be automatically entered into a lucky draw and stand a chance to win a KTM Duke 200 bike.

5. Pepe Jeans will cover the ex-showroom price for the bike only. All other expenses, such as RTO, Insurance etc, will be borne by the winner.

6. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No cash claim can be made in lieu of the prize.

7. Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined herein, as well as any other formalities specified by Pepe Jeans India Limited during the Contest Period, will result in disqualification from participating in Pepe Jeans X KTM.

8. The offer will run till November 20th 2023

9. Announcement of winner will take place on or before December 3rd 2023

10. The winner of the Pepe Jeans KTM promotion will be selected on a random basis by virtue of a lucky draw that will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.

11. Customers will not be considered eligible if a return is initiated by the customers for any reason, including but not limited to unmet expectations, colour discrepancy, receipt of the wrong product, receipt of a defective product, or size-related issues.

12. Pepe Jeans reserves the right to withdraw and / or alter any / all the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time without prior notice.

13. Pepe Jeans will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, because of participating in this promotion.
